Description:
This 1941 Canadian 5-cent coin features King George VI on the obverse and the iconic beaver on a rock on the reverse — one of Canada’s most beloved symbols. Struck in pure nickel, this coin was minted during World War II, when nickel was still being used before later wartime material changes (to tombac and plated steel). It’s a charming piece of Canadian history from the early 1940s.
