At Coin Legend, we carefully package every order to help ensure your coins, banknotes, collectibles, and accessories arrive safely.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations.
Orders are primarily shipped through Canada Post. Available shipping methods may include Lettermail, tracked parcel services, and expedited shipping, depending on the destination, order value, size, and weight.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, package size, and order value.
Typical shipping options may include:
* Standard Lettermail: starting from CAD $4.99
* Tracked shipping within Canada: starting from CAD $9..99
* Tracked shipping to the United States: starting from CAD $12.99
* International tracked shipping: starting from CAD $14.99The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders before applicable taxes:
* Canada: orders over CAD $200
* United States: orders over CAD $200
* International destinations: orders over CAD $200Certain oversized, heavy, high-value, or restricted items may not qualify for free shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
After an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:
* Canada: 3–8 business days
* United States: 4–10 business days
* International: approximately 5–20 business daysExpedited and express services may arrive sooner.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, postal delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking information will be provided when a tracked shipping service has been selected or included with the order.
Lettermail & Untracked Shipping
Some lower-value items may be eligible for economical Lettermail shipping.
Please note that Lettermail does not normally include tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers who require tracking should select a tracked shipping option when available.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause additional delivery delays.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your tracked order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.
We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate postal or carrier claim where applicable.
For untracked Lettermail shipments, delivery status cannot be independently verified through the postal system.
