Return & Refund

  • You can return your product up to 14 days on your own shipping costs. Please make sure that the products are not used and contact us before you ship the items.

  • Standard Shipping ( Tracking Parcel Service ) For the order over  $20 ,Domestics Destination Shipping $7.99, US Destination  Shipping $9.99, International Shipping 12.99
  • Tracking service will not be provided for the order under $20  Value to save our customers shipping cost.   Customer should take responsibility for any lost and damage of ordered items under $20
  • We will Email send Picture  to confirm shipping  for  orders with Letter mail . 
  • Delivery is free for the orders over $100 to Domestic and US Destination,  over $200 to International destination before applicable tax. 
  • Once your product has been  shipped, it usually takes 3 to 10business days within Canada , 4-10 days to US destination 10 to 20 days to International Destination  .
